At Palavi Mobile Library, we are committed to delivering books to our members in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully.
1. Book Delivery Service
Palavi Mobile Library provides doorstep delivery of books to registered members within our service areas. Delivery is subject to membership validity, book availability, and operational schedules.
2. Delivery Time
- Books are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after a successful book request is confirmed.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, traffic, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
- We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless explicitly confirmed by our team.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed or communicated before confirming your request.
- Any applicable delivery fee must be paid along with the service or transaction amount.
4. Delivery Areas
Doorstep delivery is available only in locations covered by Palavi Mobile Library’s service network. Requests outside our service area may not be accepted.
5. Failed Deliveries
Delivery may be delayed or rescheduled if:
- The recipient is unavailable.
- The provided address or contact information is incorrect or incomplete.
- Unforeseen circumstances prevent delivery.
Members may be contacted to arrange another delivery attempt.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Books
If you receive:
- A damaged book,
- The wrong book, or
- An incomplete delivery,
please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the books so that we can assist you.
7. Delivery Delays
If your requested books have not been delivered within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately.
